mile high life

Back from the Urban Baby Denver shopping event at Kazoo Toys, got some good stuff for Christmas, and ran into my friend and her daughter so we went to lunch at Panera Bread. My friend asked me yesterday if I would babysit her daughter in Jan. because she's having a "small surgery" breast augmentation! We talked about her decision, she's excited, cost $9,000! I thought boobs were much cheaper these days. Anyway, this Friday I am taking RJ to a crazy granola art class in Boulder where I guess the kids can paint on the walls, floors, windows, etc. And there is an "art swing" whatever that is, they swing and paint! Over the top! and some moms are way into it, for example the mom who set up the class for us said she goes at least once a month "to get inspired"! Lol! So pics forthcoming, oh and they use recycled materials, so no worries about negatively impacting the environment ;-). Just realized Dora is on the TV still as I am writing this and RJ is asleep! The map started singing in his whiny annoying voice and got my attention, ugh!

  2. lol.....all that thin air must be affecting people's brains1 In reference to not realizing Dora was on, this is natural. It is our innate Bowers (think Uncle Chuck) ability to ignore (put on block) things which get in the way of completing the task at hand. I have been told I do this...a lot... usually it is not a compliment!! But it is not intentional at all!
